Which training is best for you?

You may find exploring software manuals to be a great method of learning. It is not, however always the most efficient in a competitive business environment. Training can be delivered on site or at a Training Facility. Pricing and availability may vary by region. Which course is right for you?

Introduction

Designed for new users to learn the most efficient and speedy way of performing standard, user-level tasks for the day-to-day operation of the software. Also useful for those who feel the need for ‘refreshing’

Intermediate

Designed for the ‘power user’ who wants to learn, in detail, what the extended features of the software can do, and then apply it to their operation.

Administrator

Suitable for those given the responsibility of administering the system. Topics covered include security, network use, routine maintenance, backup and troubleshooting.

Upgrade

Designed for users that are upgrading from a previous version of the software and would like to get up to speed on all the new features.

Custom

For those clients with more specialized requirements, custom training courses may be formulated for delivery at a venue of your choice. Idea! Have you considered a “Lunch and Learn” course for your staff? It can be a great way to informally teach basics or “tips and tricks” to experienced staff who wish to improve.
